How shipping works

Processing time

Most ready-to-ship items leave the studio in 3–5 business days. Custom pieces have a longer timeline based on complexity and your event date.

Shipping options

Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If you need something by a specific date, choose the fastest option available and include a note at checkout.

Tracking & delivery

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created. Please double-check your address—Carlycopia can’t replace packages marked delivered to the address provided.

Returns, exchanges & order changes

Because many Carlycopia items are made to order, policies vary by item type. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email carlycopia@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Do you accept returns?

Ready-to-ship items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Custom orders: Final sale unless damaged in transit or incorrect.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t entered production or shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Email us ASAP with your order number and requested change.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Send photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Do you ship custom piñatas?

Some custom builds (especially large or delicate pieces) may require local pickup or special packaging. If shipping isn’t recommended, we’ll let you know before production begins.

Do you ship internationally?

International availability depends on the item and destination. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
